Education

In 2002 I earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a major in Engineering Technologies and a minor in math at Southwest Texas State University. The construction management courses focused on estimating, management, techniques, and drafting.

Experience

While in college I used my drafting knowledge to gain experience in manufacturing and commercial drafting/ design, at multiple local manufacturing facilities.  This lead to employment at an electric utility company, where I learned more about drafting/ design and the construction process.

In 2004 I wanted to switch focus to residential construction.  I worked for single family production builders learning about the importance of scheduling and maintaining a budget.

Opportunity

After three years of working for others I finally had the opportunity to build on my own to a higher level of quality that I can stand behind.  I use the same quality suppliers and trades on every job to ensure a consistent level of quality.
